Flight & Ground Transportation

Air Travel

Several major airlines offer direct flights daily to Asheville Regional Airport (AVL).

The closest major airport is Charlotte Douglas International (CLT), which is located approximately two hours from Asheville.

Ground Transportation

There are buses and shuttle services available from the Charlotte airport to Asheville, although depending on your plans, it may be easier to rent a car.

Downtown Asheville is very pedestrian friendly. In our experience, Uber/Lyft have been very easy to use to/from downtown and the surrounding area.

Hotel Blocks

For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at two hotels in downtown Asheville. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a special discounted rate. Rooms are available first come, first serve, but must be booked no later than the dates noted below.
